Morning All
Can anyone suggest a torque figure for the S Meteor/Connie cylinder head sleeve bolts please? No mention in the manual I can see, just says diagonal & evenly. My Bullet head had a torque figure, are they similar perhaps as a starting point?

Simply, 23 foot/pounds. Coat head gaskets with some non setting jointing compound, ie Wellseal. It's also a good idea to use our Host's hardened washers, these were originally intended for Bullets but work on Twins too. Call them for correct selection! While you're there run a drill through the holes to make sure they're not closing up. 5/16th I think or possibly 3/8th depending on year?
