Google is your friend. There seems to be quite a few in Cornwall, up to you to decide if they are any good, some good one's here in Bristol.

Do you subscribe to Real Classic magazine? If so, join the Facebook group and ask on there. Frank and Rowena, who run RC, live in Cornwall and I'm sure could recommend someone.

No specific recommendations but 2 things to look for in a powdercoaters. 1) That they do the prep and coating on site. Some blast them then ship them out for the coating or vice-versa which gives time for flash rust.
2) A continuous oven is better than a batch one. Failing that, check they are taking the parts OUT of the oven when it's finished, not just opening the door and waiting for it to cool. Leaving the parts in risks overcooking the coating which can land up brittle.

Thanks for that info guys. There are a few powder coaters around, one within 1 mile. But few show prices on line, and I always prefer a personal recommendation over the sales blurb. I'll check for a continuous oven though.

One within a mile? Sounds like a 15 minute walk and a a quick look around is required...

I use this company and have done so for years. They are very experienced with motorcycle parts. (It is in an isolated location take care when going to to it due to narrow roads.)

Thanks papasmurf. That's about an hour from me. Narrow roads in Cornwall - surely not, most are well over 3 feet wide.
