Hi. gurus. I have a 2011 Electra efi watsonian squire Trials, 21,000 miles. I have recently had a few days of power loss after warm up, it revs well, but under load the engine feels under powered and a little erratic, a bit like water in the fuel, or dirty jets, but it is an efi and idles well and as I say, it revs with enthusiasm even during this erratic period. It has a recent plug and battery.
And then it all settles down after another mile and runs sweetly. I am very grateful for any advice. Cheers. Chris.

Check the engine temp sensor?
If it's faulty it can give the wrong signal to the ECU thinking the engine is fully warmed up when it's not.
Like putting the choke of too early.

–20º C –– 18.8 Kilo Ohms
+ 40º C –– 1.136 Kilo Ohms
+ 100º C –– 0.1553 Kilo Ohms
