Hi guys


Got my bike back from my friend. he said gearbox mainshaft bend. that is reason he kickstart is not working ..



Questions
> Anyone face this kind of issue. ?

> is it diffcult to replace the shaft. ?

> do i need to remove the clutch ?


is this the correct main gearbox shaft. Part # Mainshaft 4 Speed Gearbox Part No. 111165

You will have to explain what you mean as I couldn't make any sense out of that. I doubt very much that a bent mainshaft would make the kickstart faulty, not without some much worse problems first!

Thanks for your reply. i know what you mean .



below is bike in question . after changing the kickstart spring it didnt help. then i was told bike have some shaft bend

i will try to open gearbox cover. see what it look like
