Guys my 2008 Electra x fuel tank needs replaced.do I need the same tank or is there any other Enfield tank that will fit. Thanks.

You can use pretty much any RE India Bullet tank up to 2008, though most will use a different petrol tap, a 1/4" BSP screw-in item instead of the bolt-on thing the Electra-X uses. Early EFI tanks can also be used, though they need a petrol tap adaptor plate to replace the EFI fuel pump and a plug for the fuel level sensor.



Many of the Redditch-type tanks for the Bullets will bolt straight on too, the small chrome panel tank is a personal favourite.
