Hi all,,
So after being laid up for 6 months or so and despite regular charging Berties Exide battery has finally given up the ghost after over 9+ years of reliable service. Just ordered one of these Dynovolt gel batteries from Mr H which I hope to get Wednesday.
Let's hope Mr H doesn't use Yodel as they still haven't delivered A parcel I should have got last Thursday..

My knowledge of battery makes is limited but everywhere seems to be selling Dynovolt at the moment so assume they cant be too bad, anyone had any experience of this make??

Hi Scaly, Alan,it has been a long time, must get myself to the club soon,is it still the same crowd? difficult with work and distance since I moved, does anyone still frequent the Hollyville On a Sunday morning?

... anyway, yes went for the Gel type in the end, got it today, bike is now ready for a "test ride" in the morning, despite the distributor only having one fixing screw as the previous cap disintegrated and lost one of the screws..
