I'd put the shocks that came with my current project down as cheap Chinese ebay ones but on closer inspection they are branded "forsa" which as far as I can make out is a Taiwanese company and they officially imports the brand into the UK market. I was going to bin them but maybe they're worth giving a throw of the dice? They are in pretty good condition. Can't find many reviews of people actually using them.

Hi Guys--------Don't BIN them, E-Bay them !!---Did you not see the programme on TV a few years ago when the producers went onto a local beach, found some old hemp rope that had been washed up, and listed it on E-bay, and someone bought it !!---------With E-Bay and the buyers permission they then interviewed the buyer who turned out to be a farmer living up the dead end of a valley in the middle of nowhere....He needed some cheap rope to tie a large tarpaulin down before Winter came......Buying off E-Bay saved him a 40 mile round trip into town !! ....... So money for old rope can be achieved !!........PS}---- I have no commercial connection with E-Bay or any of its' subsidiary companies other than that of a customer..

I would try them out. I find Taiwanese parts to be quite a step up.
