Can someone please tell me the correct tyre pressures for a 2001 350 Bullet with standard tyres 3.50 on the back...cant remember front size. It's single seat, I never carry luggage & it's single seat so no pillion either! Oh & I'm 17 stone.

I've got a modern Avon Speedmaster and SM and 30 psi front and back work well with my 1999 500 Bullet. I'm 11 stone. Old owners' manuals won't give the right pressures for modern tyres.

For the Avon SM Avon advise 25 front and 29 rear. definitely not the pressures Enfield India give.

May be not ideal but on SM & TT100 tyres over many years & Enfields I have tried to maintain 30PSI Front and 33psi rear (Probably done this in every car and Bike come to think of it) because when I bought my first Bullet back in the 90's thats what I was told at "Wilf Green MC" and I have never had a tyre prob since ,,,

Watch how they wear during their life, don't depend on others figures

As Neddy says, look for wear pattern.
Also, if it feels right it probably is.
My 350 single seat gets 30psi back and front (TT100's)

I find the 10% rule a good starting point for tyre pressures.

Note the cold tyre pressure before the journey and the hot pressure at the end of it - obviously the journey needs to be of sufficient length to fully warm the tyre. The difference between the cold and hot pressures should around 10%
I use 25 and 28 cold and end up with 27.5 and 31psi hot which suits both my weight and riding style quite well. I believe my tyre life is reasonable for a rear Avon Roadrunner - currently over 8,000 miles with 2.5mm of tread remaining. I've used different pressures in the past and had much lower mileages from the same make/brand.

don't forget Time delay after stopping, Barometric pressure & Ambient temp. in the calculations
