Bouncy front suspension

Hello All

Rusty, my 350 Superstar is a bit lively in the front end springing department, meaning it's a bit too bouncy and lacking in damping. I'm going to assume I need to change the fork oil (assuming there's some in...!). Am I right in saying I need to undo the big nuts at the bottom of the forks to drain out the old oil? Or is there something more to it?!

Thanks

Stephen

Very wise, if its never been checked you may find nothing in one leg and water in the other...

Fit a good spanner to the nut and give a smart tap with a hammer, (weight optional, non metric)

Loosen the nut a few threads and tap upwards to knock the stud up a little into the slider..

This should give clearance for all the oil to drain out...
