Bullet 350 drive ratio

Hi all,
does anyone experienced a different drive ratio in the Bullet 350?
It always seemed to me it is too low and the RPMs are too high for the cruise speed.
So I thought I could add some teeth at the rear sprocket or subtract one or two at the countershaft, but I really don't know if it could decrase too much acceleration and power on climbs.
Does anybody made some trial in this sense?
In the Hitchcock's catalogue I saw that aren't bigger rear sprocket, so I think I have to act on the countershaft...
Thank you in advance and, as usual, please forgive my bad english!
