Hello

Have a drama with the kickstart on my ensign.
The kick start engages but does not turn engine over.
However, engage decompression valve and turns engine over.
Anyone have any ideas on the issue?
Have stripped ratchet mechanism already in engine side cover and is all complete / functioning.

Is the clutch slipping when you release the decomp?

Not to my knowledge, when running clutch is performing as should do.
