In need of help, I changed my 5.75 inch headlight to a 7 inch headlight and that's when all the problems started. The bike is a 2016 royal enfield efi 500 bullet standard. The 7 inch headlight has a bigger back end and started pushing against all the wiring and speedo cable which pushed it so that it rounded off and now the speed dial doesn't run, only odometer. I switched back to the 5.75 inch to avoid further problems and just left the bike alone. I go to start it around 4 days later and find that the neutral switch isn't glowing, horn isn't blowing, brake light not working and indicator's aren't working. I held the clutch in and self started it and it ran just fine. The headlight seems to work just fine but I don't know what to do about the other stuff. The fuse looked fine to me in the fuse box. Don't know what to do, any help would be very nice. Also a work around for the speedo cable would work but other electricals are a priority. Thanks.

Obviously, something in the headlight housing has been pushed off its terminal by the larger lamp; look for a wire pulled out of its connector or off its terminal. Make sure there are no loose wires dangling about, there are cases of fires starting in there.

Do also check if there's ANOTHER fuse somewhere... I found an extra one under the seat of my bike in slightly similar circumstances. Not the same year as yours, however.
Also, you say the fuse LOOKED ok, but have you taken it out and checked it; occasionally the break is small and you'd not see it.

Good luck, Chris
