Hi Guys
Can anyone share the procedure to overhaul Model G forks. if any pictures possible.
i have just the forks .. not the complete bike

From memory the overhaul and maintenance of these forks are covered in the workshop manual for 350/500 G and J models of the late 40's and early 50's available from our hosts. Check out the accessory shop on line, go to books and manuals, select workshop manuals and scroll down and you will find it listed as MAN6.
