Well this one packed up way back in 2016 on a ride out. Developed misfiring and erratic running and i had to limp home at 40 mph on the M25. Not a happy experience 
Thought maybe the head gasket had gone so took the head off and couldn't find anything wrong.
Mat decided to put it all back together today and when he had finished it was just the same. Here is a video of it (barely) running.

It's a modern one (2011) with the unit construction engine and FI. No FI warning light coming on either
Any thoughts ??
