Hi all. I’ve a 535cc 1996 Bullet with a 32mm Mk2 Concentric. I miss the old tickler on my Matchlesses, previous BSA and Redditch bullet when starting, especially when it is cold. Can I fit one to that carb and has anyone done it and if so, how?

there is a cold start circuit on the MK ii which makes the need of a tickler useless.



if the bike doesn’t start with it you have other problems that adding a thicker won’t solve.

let alone the technical problem of adding a tickler to this carb.

You can do just about anything if you try, but it would be neither use nor ornament.
