Just changed my exhaust to a 91007 less restrictive silencer and upjetted it to 117.5. Is there anything else I should consider changing such as the air filter?

If you still have the original air filter then a less restrictive one will certainly help with breathing. It may have more effect than changing the silencer because, if you think about it, if air can't get IN the engine easily the fact that it can get OUT easily is of little use(apart from the nice noise of course) Ideally you should have done this before re-jetting. With a new filter you may need to change the jet again and possibly the cutaway as well.

Evan - always helpful to let us know what model/engine size/year so we can be a bit more helpful . . .

If your bike has a pulse air valve you will have a catalyst/hot tube gadget jammed into the downpipe too that you'll need to cut out.

It's a 2001 500 classic bullet , hasn't been used with a new exhaust yet as I'm doing it as a surprise present this Christmas.
