C5 Chain adjustment-what spanners required?

Hi, I think I need to buy some more spanners - my set only goes up to 19, and it looks like something considerably larger required for chain adjustment (UCE C5 classic). First off, am I right in thinking there's nothing in the supplied toolkit that does the job? And secondly, if I need to buy some new spanners for this, could someone confirm what sizes are required? Cheers.

30mm/24mm for spindle (depending on what year 24mm might be castleated with R clip, replaced 2016 with nylon) 7/16" backplate anchor. Don't over tighten the chain, at least 1" movement in the lower run with the bike upright on its wheels.

My mid-2015 manufactured C5 has a nyloc nut; I believe they've been fitted for some time. If you still have the bazooka exhaust fitted you'll find it easier to loosen (and particularly tighten - a torque wrench should be used on the nuts) with the bike on its side stand, putting on the main stand to check the tension. Otherwise you'll have to loosen the silencer. This is a PITA because of the heat shield and also there is a risk of damaging the head to downpipe seal. Another good reason for switching to a better exhaust, unless you already have. As has been said, don't overtighten the chain. Better to err on the loose side than have it too tight. Oh, and use a plank or whatever to check wheel alignment - the snail cam marks appear to be a decoration; having them on the same mark may not guarantee alignment.

If it was in India a Stilson wrench and a big hammer would be fine,

My wife bought a Honda Nighthawk 650 some year ago I think Stilson wrench and a big hammer was all the previous owner had in his tool box. I bent a spanner undoing a nut on the front fork anti-dive system that was only supposed to be torqued to 17ft lbs.
