Fitted the Amal to the bike today, ordered from our hosts and specified the Minda throttle version. I have a problem where, although all adjusters are as loose (i.e. short) as they can be, there's zero slack to be had.





















Any pointers before I start butchering the outer sheath?

Appears the iners are too short, contact our hosts.

I'm trying to find a picture of the normal Minda adjuster at the twist grip end - the one I have "feels" wrong; it looks out of place and is a poor fit.

Think I've found the twist grip adaptor is the culprit, a search has found that the part number is 143334 (not in stock at our hosts) and looks a lot different :-







Time to source one.
