Mostly styling. The engines and frames are basically the same.

C5 Classic Efi has completely different frame from E5 Electra Efi; C5 has single seat [not dual seat], tank side decals are completely different, mudguards are painted [not chrome], side panels and toolboxes are entirely different, C5 has fork shrouds [not gaiters], and different rear light assy. In fact altho engines are similar everything else is quite different between these two Efi models.

Wheel size (and therefore gearing) are also different.

Although rear wheel on an Electra (E5 or G5) is 19 inch and 18 inch on a C5, the gearing is not significantly different as they have one tooth less on the drive sprocket to compensate. Electra forks are different, with a neater design that does away with the mudguard stays. Otherwise as above.

If you're looking for new bike, the C5 Classic 500 and B5 Bullet are current models (2017 Euro 4 compliant with disc rear brake, ABS and reduced emissions) If you're on Facebook take a look here at some snaps https://www.facebook.com/groups/163078194146170/
