There have been several threads on this and other forums about stainless steel exhausts for the Bullet. They seem very hard, if not impossible, to obtain. I wonder if our hosts might be persuaded to start making them, or maybe commission someone like Armour to make them. I'm guessing there would be sufficient demand, but I'm no businessman.

What do you think, Mr H and co?

There are plenty of bespoke stainless steel motorcycle exhaust system makers out there. The only drawback usually is they need to have your bike in their workshop to make and fit it. (That is unless they happen to have made a system for your make and model in the past.)

Yes Papa, I can recommend Alldens Exhausts Nr. Market Rasen.
As you say, they do need your bike for a few days but they do an excellent job.

For 500 classic Bullet owners there is an off the shelf solution - in Germany! They are (semi) swept back, items A05 and A06 (sadly nothing listed for the Electra-X). 95 Euros a piece, liebe Freunde!

Alldens made us a stainless high level pipe for a 500 RE, just working from one we sent them as a pattern, the bike stayed at home.

Just to clarify, I was thinking about a full system, exhaust pipe and silencer.
