Im having trouble removing the exhaust can spindle with the extractor tool from Hitchcocks.
After heating the case around the spindle i have tightened the 3 allen bolts onto the cam sleeve nut and turned the big nut that presses onto the part tightened onto the cam sleeve nut, because the big nut requires turning anticlockwise to remove the cam spindle as it presses onto the part of the tool locked onto the cam sleeve nut it starts to undo this due to it undoing anti clockwise also, I'm assuming that the big nut should not grip hold of tool as it is turned allowing it to press off the spindle, any advise would be appreciated , thanks, Jez
