I am in the process of restoring a 1961 Constellation. I've been looking for photos of the paint scheme on the gas tank and particularly the area near the front of the tank where it straddles the frame. Any photos would be appreciated. Also were there any color options for the '61 Connie, or were they all maroon ?
Many Thanks.

Do you mean the "tunnel" where it mounts to the stud through the headstock? Alternative colour, Polychromatic Blue.

Yes, I'm looking for a photo of the tunnel area on the gas tank. I've seen several photos of the top of the tank, but no close ups of the tunnel area.
Polychromatic Blue might be a good option, there are lots of maroon Constellations, but not many blue.

Type Royal Enfield Constellation into Google images, I found several examples, good enough to replicate the paint scheme, on the first page. The "tunnel" part is painted the same colour as the other body work (blue maybe?) and the border between paint and chrome is covered by gold lining.
