Hi, it showing as not available , presume sold. Would you know if a 350 would fit straight in? Just knowing I can widen my search.

Just a point about swapping to a smaller engine, road tax wise. If you change engine capacity you have to advise DVLA. If you go up in size all you have to do is pay the increased tax. However, if you go down in size, the DVLA think you are trying to get a smaller tax payment, so they tell you to get the bike inspected to confirm it has a smaller engine. At least that was the case some years ago.

When you say broken engine, in what way broken? Can it not be repaired, or has it thrown a con rod through the crankcases? A.

Adrian see his previous thread, "Shopping list" for details. It would have been much better to have continued on that thread rather than start a new one, so that everyone new to this has to (understandably) start the questions all over again, sigh.
