Can any one tell me what oil I need for this and the best frame

Plenty of 20/50 should do. A Crusader frame might take it, with a little modification, although it might be wise to rebuild the wheels with butted stainless spokes, to cope with the extra weight!

When they went to balance the crank they started off using different size schoolboys holding onto the counterweights.
