Led indicator problem

Hi all, I have just fitted Bertie with LED indicators, the problem is that all of them flash no matter whether the switch is left or right, I have tried disconnecting each at a time, I have also disconnected the fronts and then the rears, but to no avail. Both old and new relays have been tried. I assume the wiring is live>2 pin relay>indicators>switch left or right>negative. I know that a bad negative can sometimes activate other lights but as these are LED's and one way only I don't see how that can be the problem... Any thoughts would be grateful please as I am at a loss?

If you have an indicator warning light at the speedo try to remove the bulb. Sometimes the current travels thru it. Also be very carefull with the choise of your new flasher relay. Not all of them is good for LED indicators, even if they are sold as so... good luck Jacob

They might be two way leds with a bridge rectifier inside the bulb for either polarity.
if the new relay can handle the old bulbs, try changing the two front bulbs back to see if it works better.

Sussed it, the indicator warning light is passing current through to the opposite indicators, not normally enough for a normal bulb but as LED's use such a small amount of power the leaking voltage is enough to run them, the cure is a pair of diodes that stop the current passing across to the opposite indicators, so a small amount of re-wiring of the warning light will cure the problem.

P.S. Thanks Jacob, you were right.

Forgot to say, a temporary fix until the diodes turns up is to remove the warning bulb.
