Mark when is the Enfield gathering at the Nickerson st Pub? When you are in the gear box make sure the Layshaft bush in the left side of the case is in there good and tight mine was spinning (and leaking) when I got the bike. If it drifts out easily you may have to have another one made

OK, so the main problem seems to be that the oil seal i had fitted was for an internal fitment and not external (H3/2) ! Just got to put it all back together now and see what happens.

Does anyone have a sketch of the internals of the box detailing exactly what washers/spacers etc and in what order they should all go? would be really useful for folk if there is one as the literature is a bit limited on the details.

Fingers crossed just the ATF fluid now to try and persuade to stay in the primary chaincases!
