Greetings fellow Enfielders,
Just a quick update on how things are looking now I have fitted the new front end (which seemingly comes from a Yamaha XVS650)

Hopefully tomorrow I will get those knobbly 4" tires on front and back, and I have a new tank coming from the US which may take a while...
I managed to cut the fork extension slugs down to a respectable length (they were 3.5" long) but will now go with OEM fork top caps as the forks are still a bit long for my liking.
Headlight mount is still temporarly so this and indicators need sorting out.
The good news is I can now stop with confidence!
The bad news is I didn't get a front mudguard yet so riding in this weather is , er, refreshing with an open-face lid!
