I am almost at 80% completion on my Fury project. I am trying to keep it stock as much as possible.
This is a road going model with QD headlight. I am missing the QD harness. Does any body have one
That I may be able to purchase or know where I could get one from. I tried our hosts but they don't have the correct one. My email is [email protected].

they have been unobtanium for years. I made mine by fudging together correct bits and colour wires from a similar vintage Lucas car wiring harness...

I have used the 2-prong plug and sockets from a Massey-Ferguson tractor. These are readily available and the same dimensions as the 3-prong plugs. A Google search should come up with several suppliers ("massey ferguson auxiliary socket"). Not 100% concours but they look close and can be made to work with a little effort.

All the best with your quest for authenticity - I admit to 1) lacking the patience to track down original or suitable replica components for the fine detail, 2) preferring some modern components for ease of use, resilience or cosmetic reasons. We'd love to see a picture of your bike when it's ready, meanwhile I shall have to content myself with my 1961 NotaFury project - hopefully a worthy tribute to the model if not an exact replica.

Thanks Adrian. I looked at the website it seems like a good plug, if I can't find the harness I will be modifying non plug harness with these parts. I will surely post picks once the project is compleat.
