Would some kind person please tell me the spring rating of the rear shocks on a RE Electra X 2005. I want to get stiffer shocks for my sidecar outfit so I need to know what I am starting with. On my rigid frames outfit it is not an issue but on my swing arm outfit left hand bends can be a bit alarming! All help gratefully received.

I expect are host would have that info to hand, but maybe an e-mail to Hagon as they specialise and will in all probability have carried out this conversion before..

Hagon does good service too - ordered on the 15th delivered on the 17th and fitted today 18th - now for a test ride in the sun (Lancashire)
