Regards from Norway

Hi, I suppose to a point it is down to personal preference, but I usually aim for about 28psi front and 30 psi rear on the Bullets and similar sized bikes [Honda CB500T in my case], these machines are usually fitted with Dunlop or Avon tyres of similar sizes to those you mention, apart from a 4.25 x 18" rear on the Honda. Cheers, Paul.

My Lean burn 500 manual says 26 psi for front both solo and 2 up, with rear 28 solo & 32 pillion, with 19" wheels, I use these are a guide for the 350, any thing less than 28 in the front gives it idea's of its own on who's actually in charge of the bike!
This is for 'Avon' pattern MRF o.e fitted tyres, no idea how these pressures perform in the wet, I have no intentions of deliberately finding out either!
