Too weak?

Evening chaps, checked the plug on my bullet this afternoon and thought perhaps the mixture is a tad weak. Bike hadn't been started today and runs perfectly. Bike is standard except for Eureka ignition, sporty exhaust and 115 main jet in carb. Checked rubber hoses connecting air filter to "tea caddy" and on to carb. All OK. Pic may not be great but plug looks a bit "ashy". Any thoughts greatly appreciated.

Hi Wilf. You say the bike runs perfectly. That plug looks ok to me. I would leave it alone, if it were mine. Cheers, Paul.

Thanks Paul,just needed a second opînion, rather than run the risk of serious damage.

Reading plugs isn't as easy with modern fuels but that looks fine to me.

For my ‘penny-worth’ the plug looks fine. But just a thought – why, if the bike is running ‘perfectly’, and all seems 'OK', bother to check the plug at all?
