I have just fitted our hosts "American" heel and toe gear change lever. (Part numbers, 521136 lever, 550180 rubber)
I may have to "modify" it a bit with a hammer and a grinder to fit my arthritic left foot, and get the position right for me, but it is certainly easier to heel it into neutral from 1st gear now than it was to hurt my toes to do so before fitting it.

Shame a 4 speed version is not available, even on that other site there are only 5 speed left foot options, bit of a shame since the 4 speed box is more difficult to find neutral on and most 4 speed Bullets are right foot change..

Bertie, if you can source one you might be able to modify a 1960's/1970's Ducati heel/toe gear change to fit. These were standard fitment on a number of singles from that time and of course had the gear change on the correct side ie. the right side.
