General wiring question

Not actually an Enfield question but hopefully you guys can help. My 88 ural is getting new led indicators. All wired in ok, old thermal flasher unit replaced, tried a few variaties of flasher. Best result I have had is all four indicators flashing at once, no difference made by operation of indicators switch, what would you guys check out first? New switch perhaps?
