Does anyone know if these are available for the Bullet 500 Classic? Mine seems to get through steel exhausts at an alarming rate, I use mine as a regular commuter (through winter and Salty roads)I have replaced the exhaust more times than any other component.

You can get them made

Our hosts have Motad stainless silencers for the EFI (which I'm assuming your 500 classic is), though if you had the CGT you could buy a complete system from off the shelf. But you can indeed get them made, try PGW Engineering 07518 023911 for a downpipe and/or silencer, I've seen their stainless exhausts at a couple of shows and they looked pretty good. A.

I haver several times had bespoke stainless exhaust systems made, in the case of old Japanese machines they are far cheaper than a manufacturers replacement.

Since our hosts do not list a stainless exhaust for the 350 Classic, I went to see Meerkat in Kilbirnie, who have done a very nice job.

Allden Exhausts, Market Rasen do a good job. They like to have the whole bike there so they can fit the system properly.
