The nuts holding on my clutch plates keep slackening off will this be worn threads on nuts or bolts or should I replace springs thanks Purplefox

The springs won't make any difference.
If the threads are loose they should be replaced.
You could try Loctite.

Are they being tightened home with a shakewasher on them, should never come loose, it is something you are not doing correctly
