Hey group
i have just found a Redding model for the price of €3.8K, i believe is a G 350cc model dated back in 1950s/53, the engine number starts with G33.....
From the picture below (how do I insert pictures in the side??)can you tell whether the bike is in its original condition? Its fitted with a mikuni carburetor and the solo seat with springs and exhaust silencer seem not to match the age of the bike).
Is €3.8k a sensible price to pay, taking into consideration that the bike is currently in a running condition.

Well after our recent thread I'll have a go! Pat, you'll need to post pictures or a link to pictures before any sensible comment can be made. What do you want the bike for, and what is your budget to spend?

Hey Mark
My budget is around there (3.5k), also I have an Indian 1995 500cc bullet and a BSA B31 and I would like to add a RE G 350cc to my collection.
I am not good with computers so I will not be able to post any pictures or a link, however what I can do instead is to sent you a couple of pictures to your email, if you wish sent me an email ([email protected]).

I was also told that this model (G 350cc) is not so "quick" as matchless G3LS 350cc or BSA B31, is this true? how about reliability, are they reliable bikes again compare with the aforesaid models which I have experience with.

Many thanks
