FINALLY... IT'S HERE!

Scalyback's easy to read and understand EFI wiring diagram with useful extras!

The picture below is a small version for the forum. Please click on the link at the bottom for the full sized version (1.2Mb I think).

It is best either to print onto two or four sheets of A4 paper to make a poster, as the detail is a bit small and on A4 sheet won't work (USA substitute letter size for A4) You can look at it on your computer of course, but it's a bit of a case of 'pan and scan'.

(If anybody sees any mistakes, then please let me know a bit sharpish, thanks!)

GOOD! I'm glad that's done, I got 9 coming for lunch tomorrow, the electric company's earth circuit breaker keeps tripping, so can't use the two electric hob rings, microwave, oven or dishwasher. It's a large pot of beef stew on one of the two gas rings, and mashed potato on the other! YAY!

Fantastic! Thank you, thank you! Proper hero, you are.

This will be dead useful for when I start tinkering.....

Hey, Scaly, could I persuade you to save it with a higher pixel resolution? The text is very much improved, but still gets a bit pixellated when zooming in. If that's not possible, then fine, it's brilliant anyway.

Actually, sorry, it's fine - it's only when reading the small text in the ECU.

On that subject, do you know what all the abbreviations mean on the ECU pins and sensors? We've got: IGP, TH, PM, TE, HSLW, LG, MIL, K-LINE.

Another suggestion! Did you realise you've put the lamp types in twice?

Secondly, I'd like to suggest that you've used the wrong file format in JPEG, because it uses lossy compression and causes odd blurrings and the like. By far the best for this would be PNG, if that's possible. Or if not, then GIF, or even BMP. All of these should produce something significantly sharper and cleaner.

IGP ignition power line

MIL that's the fault light in the "ammeter" fault display

K-LINE, no idea but sounds like a cross between K-mart and wavy line, so possibly pops up if the bike feels peckish?

CRK crank position sensor,

I guess it's all in the manual somewhere?

bugger, I forgot to erase the upper lamp types, had moved then down!

A 'manyana' (tomorrow) job that one.

I'm off to sleep now!

it was blurry from the original scan from my tiny owners manual.

I usually use png, but did not notice this time.

I could have spent the next week cleaning up or re-doing the scanned graphics, did a few, but it did not seem too necessary as long as you can follow it!. (I will sort out the lamps!)
