Bertie, a 500 2004 classic 4 speed struggles with a combined weight of about 24 stone so the wife ( yes really ) suggested I sell him and buy an EFI, my question is will I notice that much difference in power, is it worth the effort and money to sell Bertie out for a shiny new model or will it still struggle ?

Albeit me & 'Er on t' Pillion total just about 18 1/2 stone but the Infamous 1992 Bullet 500 managed to get us mostly fully freighted 3600 miles around the Allegheny & Blue Ridge mountains on US Easr Coast. Maybe we are more easily satisfied?

Sell Bertie? You threatened to sell him last year!
That poor bullet of yours, never knowing if his future is secure or not.
This one has got 54 guys on it, so you should be ok with two!
