Electra jets

Hi, am completly new to Enfields, I have just bought a 2005 electra. It came with an aftermarket exhaust from
Hitchcocks (dont know which type but has removable baffels)
It has not been run for along time, so am changing the oil and filters.
Do I need to change the carb jets for this machine.
