For Youtube, select 'share', then 'embed', and copy the line of code into your post. See image below. As above, it works better to use two br's in the greater than, less than brackets. I can't show your here as I would just get two new lines!

For pics from Tinypic, forget the 'IMG code for forums & message boards' as excitingly, it doesn't work here. Instead copy the 'HTML for websites'. This will work as it is, but so much better to erase the a href="http://tinypic.com?ref=2duf1qg" target="_blank" at the beginning plus the '/a' at the end which stops everybody from seeing all your photos AS SHOWN BELOW.

Scaly - yes it works - thanks. I took out the index.html because the way my web hosting works I don't want people to go to the index page. So this code works, which of course you can't see. But the link works.

Brilliant guys! It took me a while, but to make posting easier, I just keep some text called H forum to copy and paste. Then I just try to remember to add my txt and add the 'br's' for new lines







Here is a screenshot of my notepad with the code. (The stuff in brackets isn't normally there, I just added it so you guys know what the code does!)

hmmm Hexadecimal Color Codes...... this brings back memories of fixing my old html web site.....

This is an HTML forum and so many HTML codes will work,



all in greater than, less than brackets,



b bold text /b end of bold text



i italic start /i italic end



u underline /u



h1 heading text start /h1 heading text end



center (american spelling) everything after this is centred on the page until... /center



as before, all in those brackets!

i cocked up! After biggy, I put /h instead of /h1 and so rest of post was in heading text.



should have been for mixed italic bold and underline somethinglike this!
