Looks great but is sadly only mock fitted due to a minor disaster... Exhaust stud snapped. Luckily the seized bolts wound both studs out the head cleanly, but the stud snapped when off the bike being heated and wrenched to remove the bolt. Will order new studs and washers and properly copper slip them up. But bike is off the road until at least Wednesday :( booooooo

Studs? Bolts? Do you mean studs and nuts? How can a seized bolt undo a stud?

So... test ride went great, sounds really good at both low and and hig ends of the revs. In fact, my favourite sound from the old system (yes, sad, but I have a favourite exhaust sound!) was when you tackle a hill, in slightly too high a gear, from a very low speed with throttle open... i.e. a labouring engine effectively. With my new exhaust system, this sounds even better :)

The question is... baffle in or out? Will have to try a run with it out to see/hear
