Front Wheel Nut

Could anyone advise a torgue setting Front Wheel Nut please ? i ask as i get the the final stages of tightening i,m concerned i stress the wheel bearings too much if i tighted as far as my strength allows

Kevin,
Still short on info, are you talking about Electra forks? Why do you want to use all your strength? Are you missing a spacer? Are you just fitting these forks? Have they been on the bike before?What nut are you talking about, the one on the end of the axle spindle? If so that can't put any load on the bearings if the correct spacers are in place,

Hello Norm,
Yes i think they are electra forks on a home marlet bullet /disk brake, it is the nut at the end of the axle which i was requesting torgu info on , , my problem i think / hope , is there should be a gap of roughly 1/2 inch between speedo case and fork which i was trying to overcome ? wongly ! it all seems fine now i torqued the axle nut to 46 FT Pounds ,
