Hello again SINCORDIA-------- "CONFUSED.COM" here with just a little niggle but in the "date created" heading, how can you have a time given as, for example}-- 02.30pm ?? Come on chaps, it's either 2.30pm or 14.30hrs. I suppose to be really pedantic we could also have the suffix of BST or GMT?? But hey, I've enough problems trying to remember who I am each morning !!

Alan,
When a computer infills a field with a value, in this case the time then it generally expects to fill a certain amount of characters, and anything without a value will be zero filled, in this case 02:30 instead of 2:30, it would take extra code to rid the line of the zero, which would mean more code within the web page and more to download, best just to live with it..

I bow to your knowledge on this Bertie but Excel (for instance) allows formatting of the time in lots of ways including the "incorrect" 01:25pm and the more usual 1:25pm. Why the 01:25pm format is incuded I don't know - do the USA do it like that?

Bottom line, without being too technical, is Sincordia can't be too bright if they have a silly 'glitch' like this in the program (like another silly 'glitch' where you can't have paragraphs.) It's all been done before on countless internet forums (fora?) so it can't be too difficult. Maybe it's down to cost - after all, this is a free service for us, and perhaps out-of-synch-ordia would charge our hosts if any amendments needed to be made. It still doesn't excuse the fact that they made the errors in the first place, though. I'll shut-up now; beggars can't be choosers, etc...
