Anyone enlighten me how to either
delete the 'My Shopping Checkout'
column solely to read topics whose
copy trails off under this area,or
to enlarge the page so that you can
read it all at once...

An arbitory example is Howzie's
'Oil Pressure'. Sometimes you can
move the entire copy to the left
to catch what is hidden, but this
doesn't always work.

Yet other contributors stick to
a narrower format, and all the
respondees follow suit...

Just wondering, Gordon

Hi Gordon. It could be your browser is causing the problem. I use Explorer 8 and the with it, the right hand news/shopping column always remains seperate with no over or under lapping of the message board wording. IE8 also has a compatabilty button along side the web address that you can press this supposedly makes some web pages view better but the difference is subtle. You could try zooming out (or in?) by holding down the "Ctrl" button on the key board and tapping the - (negative) button or the + button. Also you might have the Text size set too large? This adjusted on the Tolbar at the top under VIEW....TEXT SIZE...Slect size...my one is on MEDIUM.. You might also have your computer set up with the "DPI" setting on
Large = 120 instead of 96dpi. Here's how to check: CONTROL PANEL....APPEARANCE AND THEMES .....DISPLAY.......SETTINGS......ADVANCED....you will then see the DPI setting...it is usually set at 96DPI...if you choose 120 everything is bigger and will probably overlap in many places....see how you get on.

Thanxs, Les, for your helpful
info. Dpi setting is at the
correct 96, will try the CTRL
juggle and more in the next
day or two when more bolder...

Just as well hidden copy isn't
a dating site profile. Imagine
the pitfalls that would delude
one there! At least one can
figure the familiar 'bike blog
even if 25% is hidden.

Les, CRTL tapping blows copy
up excessively, including the
MSN homepage. How does one
retrieve the previous status
quo? Have tapped desperately,
but it only zooms it more!

Les, Retrieved the MSN homepage by fumbling
with 'View' settings. Applied the same 75%
to our page here, and now read that you had
already kindly suggested that move anyway!

So ignore the last plea..Thanxs, Les
