I’ve recently take delivery of a Machismo dual seat, which I ordered because the one I had before had become damaged . You get a lot of kit for not much money including new mudguard stays. Not all that well made, unfortunately, and it’s frustrating that the pillion pad seems to have been made to be QD – but where is the rear carrier that could replace it? Not available from any source I can identify.
As before, you get a lot of small parts, some of which you need to fit the seats, some of which will be left over, and you will need some different bits as well. This time, I have a rectangle made from four strips of leather cloth with eyelets in the corner. What is it for? Where does it go?
