Norm has talked through a number of these conversions now and is probably the best place to start...

Its only 3.30am in Melbourne at present so will be a few hours yet...

In general we connect the alt wires to a new Boyer single phase power box, good for up to 180watts, indian reg/rec can be a bit unreliable when upping the power demands.
2 yellows join the alt wires (green) in your case. Black to neg earth. Red to amp meter or ignition switch..

Remove the AC lighting regulator and use the yellow to power the headlight... Feed for this wire will come from a new relay switch which you need to get and fit in tool box or under seat..
This receives its power from the live to the rear brake light switch so will only power up with the ignition on..

The orange from the headlight becomes the earth wire to the frame... Errr ah! sure Norm will correct when he wakes up...

Trouble with short questions, they often have long answers... gwilly.
