Hi,

I have two questions please;

I have a 350 RE Classic and noticed that one of the breather pipes from the crankcase (I think?) goes from there to the catch can under the seat. I noticed that one of the pipes was split. I took it off and noticed that where it attaches to the engine it is a wider pipe then the long rubber pipe to the catch can is approx a 6mm bore. Can another 6mm pipe be pushed back into the larger pipe or is it a complete unit.

I wished to install a windscreen not too large, I have seen one in the catalogue, but does anyone know if any windscreen will fit?

Hi Peter,

Thankyou so much for taking the time to post such a detailed response, but I ask for a little more. What I mean is more information on which is which pipe. There are two with one slightly a bigger internal bore. Could I ask which one you blocked up and did you leave the full length of it in place. Also is there any danger of getting any oil/water mixture near to the rear tyre.

The one you need to block up is the return from the catch can to the back of the timing chest. Can't remember which was the bigger one. Just cut it short and find something to block it. I've never had a problem with crap on the back tyre, just angle the pipe so anything coming out will fall clear.
