Hi all... can someone help me out with torque setting for the nut (# 140302) for the gearbox fixing top stud? And what is this little thing just below the rear mudguard bracket (# 801027) on the back side of the gearbox? It looks like a small pressure valve with a little bit of grease coming out of it... all the best Jacob PS I will try to upload a pix of this if I can

JTL: If the picture is on Photobucket(if not, put it on there) copy it using the HTML link from the menu on the right.

It holds the selector fork that is inside. A for nut torque, just nip it up not too tight.

Leon... the pictures are all on Photobucket, but I guess I have just picked the wrong copy/link buttom. Thanks for naming the right buttom. Gwilly, I believe you found the right one. Thanks a lot for both uploading the picture and your answer. The reason I thought it was a sort of pressure valve, was because of the grease coming out of the little gizmo. Mystery solve. Next question is, if it is ok to cover it with a new bracket (no pressure added), I'm doing for a battery box (I'm re-locating the battery)... Jacob
