started to strip the 500bullet was amazed at the amount of water in it!!i am going to do the 612 conv but softer .
i the inlet port is almost 32mm so i will clean up and smooth out, for the 32mm amal

I wouldn't bother painting stripes on the engine, just get it built first!

I always though the cooling fins made it look rather stripy.

the funny thing is i did pin line my own tank with a brush!!
the head is now ported and cleaned ready for new valves etc, next engine out .
