Does anyone know where I can find a template or mask to paint a panel on my tank its like a D shape but longer?

you can buy lining tape and do it by eye

I just free formed the ones I've done. It's generally easier than you think. For the tight curves cut thin lengths of making tape. You can see my efforts in this bunch of pictures and they worked out all right. It just trial and error.

Lining tape does a great job I just painted a chrome tank, masked out the chrome, painted it and looks fantastic

Yes thought that just wanted them the same each side, being a keen scale modeller I have plenty of tape in diff widths

Graham you will have to cut a pattern, might take a few goes, stick it to the tank, scribe around it and then remove the pattern and mask up to the scribe line, best I can give you

You never get to see both sides at once so complete accuracy isn't that important though.

lining tape is made of plastic and in different widths , its very easy to pull around the tank Don't use masking tape as it is not so sharp an edge.

Look in Accessory Catalogue under Transfers, then Tank EFI. That what you're looking for?
